I continually get a warning about this spyware. I dont
know what to do with it. It keeps coming up over and
over. How can I stop this.

Nick,

Check for the latest update to the deifinition file, then do a Full
system scan in normal Windows mode with all 3 options boxes checked.
Then reboot to Safe mode: http://snipurl.com/dmbp
and scan the system until it's reported as being clean.
