hugesearch.net has taken over my browser

I need some help. This site hugesearch.net has taken over
everything I try to do on my computer. If I type anything
into my address bar all it brings me to is this stupid
site. If I try to change my homepage it does not stay. It
has even taken over in my computer as the default setting.
How do I get rig of this nonsence????

Thank you so much. I used the Spyware remover that this
site suggested, http://security.kolla.de/, and it finally
got rid of the crap that had taken over my computer!!!
