https:// in Inline frames

I have one site with https an one without. I have inserted an inline frame
on the page without https. The inline frame contains a link to a page
https//www.another.domain/xxxx.htm. My question is:
Is the secure connection and transfer safe in the inline frame in the same
way that it is from a single page from the domain with https?

Yes, but users will not see the lock.

Yes. However the user will get a warning that some content in the
browser isn't safe.
