httpcmd.exe application problem! Please Help

GoMonitor/LanOnLine Incorporation

I am trying to use Httpcmd.exe at Command line to connect to server and
issue a GET command to execute an URL.

I am getting an error message:

"Httpcmd.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will
need to restart the program. An error log is being generated!"

I cannot find any error log in my system!!!

The command I am issuing is:

F:> Httpcmd.exe GoMonitor.com http-test.req

Contents of http-test.req is :

GET /default.htm HTTP/1.0
