HTTP404 Error

I can access the web site advancedcareproducts but when I try to enter the
shop I receive the error message HTTP404. I can access the shop from another
computer or from my computer using firefox as a browser.
What does this error mean and what can I do to correct it?
The shop (ACP) say it is the fault of my ISP (Zen Internet) and Zen say it
is the fault of ACP.
What adjustment can I make to my settings if any to facilitate the access of
the site shop.

I can tell you what it means anyway. A web server returns a 404 code
when it's asked for a page that doesn't exist. So your browser, for
some reason, is asking for a non-existent page.

This could be because a link that you're clicking on is mis-coded. Or
you're using a bookmark that's no longer valid. I can't make a guess.
When I go to www.advancedcareproducts.com, I get redirected to a
"Johnson & Johnson Gateway". I don't know if you're seeing that or
where you're trying to go from there.
The shop (ACP) say it is the fault of my ISP (Zen Internet) and Zen say it
is the fault of ACP.

The fact that you can do what you want from Firefox indicates that the
fault is in an IE setting somewhere, not with the shop or your ISP.
