Http1.1 500 Internal server Error

I got problem with my webapplication ,when i'm trying to open new or already
exsisting application they show this error.. plz help to recover it ..

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced. In the list of options under
Browsing, clear the Show friendly HTTP error messages check box. After
that you can see more detailed error messages.
