http.sys on win2k?

Will there be any possible way to retrofit a win2k Pro or Win2k Server to
use http.sys?

I'm implementing a solution that uses the kernel-mode http.sys web server
that is included in Win 2003 and XP SP2.

What I want to know is, will there be any possible way to use this
functionality in windows 2000? Will it be included in any Win2k service
packs ?
