Is there or there will be any solution to the problem above mentioned in
Windows Vista?

I work as an administrator and Exchange Administrator Tools 2003 are quite
useful when administrating exchange mailboxes..

I connect through Terminal Server but this is not really a solution. is
there any workaround?

Hello Salvador,

Maybe creaete with Virtual PC a XP machine on your Vista laptop and install
them there.
