HTTP problem using Helpstar

I moved my helpstar server to AD Windows 2000 domain.
However for those w2k prof clients who are still in the
old domain they cannot access the helpstar apps using
HTTP web. I checked DNS etc and its pinging.
I'm getting page cannot be displayed in the IE. For those
clients who are already migrated to new domain no
problem they can browse... Any idea.

Not sure what HelpStar is. Have you considered contacting HelpStar Tech
Support for this issue?
