HTTP Error 403

When I attempt to download from a website (i.e., I am
trying to download Java), I get an http 403 error (states
I am not authorized!!). I am also unable to "right click
save as" to download files (that option is dim, not even
able to click on it)?? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Is this a recent issue or have you had the issue for a long time. If it's a
recent issue, try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to
when this began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System
Restore.

Still no luck, check your security settings, any firewalls, antivirus, ad
blocking, popup blocking or any other security software you have installed
as any such item might have an option or setting that might be the source of
this issue.
