HTTP 403 Error

Guest

Recently I have been getting an HTTP 403 error when I try
to access a website that I acces regularly.
I think I might have changes something on my system but I
do not know what.

Any Ideas?

It's more likely to be something the web designer has done. It's most often
seen when the owner/administrator of the site has added your IP address to
the list of people who are forbidden to view the site. Contact the site
owner by email and ask them to check their permissions.
