G'day everyone!
Our company's IT department just gave us all brand new computers,
and... with it comes anti-virus software that blocks port 25 (to
prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail, apparently). This means
that I can't send mail using SMTP. I'm forced to use the company's MS
Exchange server, which is a pain to use.
I can't unblock port 25, but I can receive mail on port 110 (POP3). I
can also use port 80 (web browsing). I can send mail using a webmail
service.
I have one or two domains with PHP, MySQL, Perl etc included in the
deal, and I was wondering if there is a program that combines sending
mail via port 80 to a web site (which I can hosts on my domain) and
that that web site then send the mail to the relevant recipient. I
don't have full access to my hosting (only CPanel access).
Does anyone know of such a program or combination of programs?
Thanks in advance.
