http 404 file not found

Hey does anyone know what exactly the fix is for the http
404 file not found error because of javascript it's on the
kb-827667. They say there's a hotfix for it right now, but
they never respond back to me. It prevents me from using
Google, which I use constantly, I had to find a different
search engine that didn't use relative URLs to open Web
pages. Please help!!!
 
Contact MS as suggested and just ask for the fix. There will not be any
charges make sure of it.
