HTTP 404 error on pages

A couple of pages will not publish and am getting a HTTP 404 error.
Everything on FP2003 seems to be in order and am not getting any
error/conflict messages. I have tried just about everything to try to resolve
this. Any ideas?
 
What type of files and what sizes
In Remote Web Site view select them and drag across

If on a case sensitive server check the case
