I have recently stripped off Windows & re-installed.
After re-installing,In startup I have htpatch.exe
WHAT is it For? & do I need it?

It enables hyper threading support for your graphics processor on SiS
motherboards. You should probably leave it alone unless you KNOW that you
don't have a hyper threading processor. Google for more info.
