Hi.

I have a mailbox that recieves mail from our customers. This mailbox is
emptied by using POP3 and put into a Requesthandling system. The mails from
our customers can be in both HTML, RTF or plain text. The
Requesthandlingsystem doesnt like to get mails that are HTML.

My question is.

Can the mails in the mailbox be converted into plain text as they arrive.
Could this be done without having a client up and running?

If you have Outlook 2002 or 2003, that option is available.

Since it's an Outlook option, Outlook must be running to use it.
