html text lines instead of images

I have just set up an outlook account (2003) that is configured with my
talktalk email address at home. Everytime I receive emails that contain
either links to images or graphics of any sort they only appear as blue html
lines rather than images. Does anyone have any idea how I can change the
system to show the image rather than the text line?

Tools | Options Security Tab, click on Change Automatic Download Settings
