HTML tags when reading email

I have an issues where I use Outlook to read an HTML email, but the email
displays as HTML code. I can see all the HTML tags and not just the message.
Is there a setting of any type that controls this? Thank you.
 
For all e-mails or just this single one?
What version of Outlook are you using anyway?
