HTML Newsletter

Steve

I send a newsletter via email. I would like to enhance
its appearance and reduce its memory requirements. Is
FrontPage the best product for accomplishing this or is
there something else designed more specifically for this?

I personally use PageMaker for my newsletters and convert
into a .pdf. My most recent newletter was 1,141KB before
converting in the .pdf and then it became 154KB.

sending the newletter in .pdf requires a second step for
those who receive it. I would like to have the email
message itself be the newsletter and eliminate the added
step. What would you recommend with that concept in mind?

If the recipient doesn't use HTML email, then what?

A text based email will always have the smallest storage requirements.

Do the folks you are sending to want to received HTML email? And have seen
how your HTML newsletter looks for folks that don't except HTML emails?

How about just sending a text email with a link to the HTML newsletter
located in your web site?
