HTML Messages - Blank printout and preview

Hi,

For an unknown reason, I now get a blank screen or printout when I preview
or print a HTML message. This is not the case for "Plain Text" messages.

Steps taken so far:

- Reset IE7 to its default installation configuration
- Insure that all 4 Page margins are set to .75 inches

The reason I have looked into IE7 setttings is that the same problem occurs
when I try to print Web pages. I may be wrong but I also believe that
Outlook is using IE7 settings when it comes to print HTML code.

Note: Administrator's profile on the same PC is not affected by this
problem.

Environment:

Windows XP-SP2
IE 7
Office 2003-SP3

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Claude

Problem solved...

%computer name%\Users had absolutely no rights on %windir%\TEMP ...
Granting them "Write" access (and everything below) did it for me.

Note: before I granted back these rights to the TEMP dir, not only the user
was unable to print HTML message (only From/To/Subject would print) from
Outlook 2003, but was also unable to print any web page from IE7.

Hope this will be of some help to someone someday!

Claude
