HTML icon missing

After upgrade the office xp, the icons of *.html and *.htm are vanish. They
just look like the file of unknown type. How to fix it? Many thanks!
p.s. the change icon button in the file type tab in folder options is not
accessible

It seems you lost your file type/application association for .html
and .htm files. To restore the file association, try to open
(double-click) an .htm/.html file. If you get a message saying "Windows
cannot open this file", choose _Selet the program from a list_ and
press OK. Internet Explorer will be one of the listed programs. Select
Internet Explorer and check _Always use the selected program to open
this kind of file_. You will probably need to perform the steps for
both .html and .htm files.
