HTML email from Access.

I made a MS Access program that outputs invoices as
reports. These reports have graphics (company logo, lines
etc.). I need to email the invoices to customers, but
they do not have a snapshot viewer.
I thought to email a HTML attachment. I tried: File >
Send To > HTML. It then gave the option to add a
template. I do not know what an HTML template means. I
tried without a template, but the attachment did not have
the graphics, and the tables that I had in the MS Access
report became misaligned in the HTML attachment.
What should I do?
a. Should I try to email the report? If so how can I get
the format and the graphics right?
b. Should I try to email another object? What object and
how to create it?
c. Do I have to use templates at all?. If so, are there
any online tutorials?
d. Do I have to use attachments, or can I create an email
in an HTML format? How?

Thanks.

Gideon,

I don't think that the HTML format will do what you want it to do at all. I
would suggest that you get a PDF file creator (PDF995 is free) and print the
report to a PDF file and then email that. PDF will retain the formating and
graphics of the original and most people have the Adobe Acrobat Viewer. The
only other real alternative is the snapshot, but your recipients do have to
download the Snapshot Viewer.
