HTML editor in XP Home

I've changed my editor to Notepad by going to Internet Connections and had 2
choices: Word or Notepad. I changed to Notepad and now I want to change back
to Word but there is no option now! Just Notepad and I can't type in the
box?? How to get Word back as my HTML Editor?
ps.... I'm slightly TD (technically deficient)

Now THERE'S a helpless non-answer!

If you're so smart, what IS the answer to the asked question?

: Word adds a lot of bloated language.
: You are better off with Notepad.

Thank you very much for that site. It took me a few hours to work up the
courage to attempt the .vbs bit but by golly it worked! I think I might try a
few more of those tweaks now that I have my courage up. I may even go on
reading and trying things and, again maybe, find out a little bit about this
amazing machine...:) you see, I've already learned to make a smiley face
and I know that this reply is a 'top post' and it should be a 'bottom post'
(below your answer) but I'm afraid I'll erase too much....:) <-- (aren't
these little faces cute?!?)

Chas. (always sump'n to learn)

Hi Chas.,

Glad it worked out for you.

Top and bottom posting is a matter of opinion. I read very few bottom
posts.

Keep having fun. ;-)
