Hi
My Mail format/Compose message format is checked as HTML
format and when I send an e-mail to all my recipients
they receive the e-mail as plain text. I check my sent
idems and they say sent html at the header. How do I make
it so all my e-mails are sent html?

Thank you!

If these recipients are in your Contacts, you may want to check and see if
Outlook is set to always send to these recipients in plain text. Open a
contact record and double-click the e-mail address -- in the dialog that
pops up you'll see a box to choose the sending format for that recipient.

Thank you! I have been trying to figure out why I compose in HTML and then when I send the email the formatting disappears. This has solved this problem. I can't tell you how long I have been trying to figure this out by reading manuals, etc.
