HTML Document

I can't open an IE HTML Document. It is a picture that I need to view. All
I get is the red x. Do I need special software to open ?

Is this your web site? What version of FrontPage are you using? Is it on
the web? Do you have a URL so we can take a look?
 
Thanks David, but I figured it out. The sender of the photo did it
incorrectly. I walked him thru right-clicking the pic and then emailing it
to me. Simple as that !
