Htm as body of email message

This probably a simple basic question, but as first time user, it doesn't seem so. I've created a newsletter(with graphics) in Publisher, got it over to Frontpage and saved it in a manageble size as htm. I want to have this newsletter as the body of my email (with "more info" hyperlinks, still active). How do I get this htm document to be the body of of the email..thanks for help.

I only know of two ways to do this (assuming you're using Outlook, not
Outlook Express):

1) Write a VBA macro to write the HTML text into the right internal field.
I can send you example code if you like (but I bet you don't like!).

2) Set your email editor to Word, copy from Normal view in FP and paste
into Word. If I want anything particularly pretty in an HTML email
(particularly tables) I set the editor to be Word and create the message
there. I suspect the HTML it generates is rather bloated, although it may
well be filtered behind the scenes if used in this way.

On reflection, the most reliable method would be to open the HTML file in
Word, then copy and paste from there into Outlook (set to use Word as the
email editor). Be wary of older versions of Outlook, though, as they may
try to use the ghastly "TNF" format instead of HTML.

Note that I'm half-expecting someone smarter to come up with a much better
way, so I'll be following this too!
