Emailing htm-file

I have created my first newsletter in Frontpage (htm-file). Now I would like
to email it to my colleagues - but not as an attached file. Isn't it possible
to somehow mail it directly in the mail-message?

Probably. Try asking in a newsgroup dedicated to your mail program how
you send HTML mails.
