Have you been to the HP website to look for updated drivers?
What is happening when you try to install the printer? Are you logged on as
an Administrator or a User with Administrative Privileges?
Please turn off your Caps Lock key. It's considered shouting, is extremely
rude and makes the posting very difficult to read.
If, after downloading updated drivers, you still have problems installing
