hpgs2wnd error

Whenever I turn on the computer I qet a dialog box that comtains the message
has encountered a problemand needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.
What do I have to do to resolve this problem.

First, decide if you need it at all. Then decide if you need it to run at
boot.

Then ununistall it and reinstall it if you want to use it. Or just
uninstall it.

You may disable it from Startup.
Start>Run>Msconfig>Ok

Click the Startup tab and locate this application and uncheck it.Restart
the system.

Otherwise you may visit HP's site to download and reinstall the
application software.
