HP window pops up

I have a HP computer and I get a window on start-up:

" HP Reminder: Your PC contains a program that creates a set of recovery
discs...blah blah....Do you want to create the discs now? (Yes, No, No and
don't show this again)"

You can select the 3 options but there is no "Next" button to complete the
thing. I saw a "Next" button once but it didn't help.

Is this actually from HP or is it a virus I picked up somewhere else? I ran
anti-virus programs but it didn't help. Also, I checked my "Startup"
folder but it isn't in there.

It's from HP, you should contact HP tech support to figure out the problem.
