HP Scanjet 5200C

My scanner is not working.
I have unistalled it the reinstalled it. Device manager says the device wroks
properly. When I start the sanner I get error HPPRSCAN notresponding.
When doing a diagnostic withe HP scanner I get ( another program is accessing
the scanner)
Any one have any ideas.

honesty

IMHO: The last few years really have been sad.
