Hp scanjet 4500c button don't work

My new HP scanjet 4500c runnin on winxp pro, have same of the front button
that non work with the hp Photo & Imaging software. This is a knowing
problem by Hp but the patch at this link

to correct this is demaged.
Someone have the correct patch to send me or seggest to solve this problem?

What do you mean, "damaged"? I grabbed it, and seems fine as far as file
integrity.
Or is it because URL is long and you didn't get it all in address bar or
what?

I running this patch but his return me an error "impossible to complete the
current operation". The hp' technical support tell me that the patch is
demaged. Please, do you have this patch to send me? Than'you much much much.

Well, I emailed it to you...120k.

But I didn't do anything different to download it than you did.

It sounds to me like the file is okay, if it executes at all, and you
have different problem. HP tech support will say anything to get you off
the phone or email, IF you can get them at all.
