My computer turned off and when I tried to restart a black screen came up that said windows sys 32 cannot be found or is corrupt. I had to do a full restore. Cannot shut computer off or will have to do that all over again. I have Norton Anitvirus protection. Today I had to do a restore agian and message said windows registry appears to be infected or corrupted. www.winregistrycleaner.com to scan and repair. Do you think I have a virus? If so how to I get rid of it since Norton didnt do it. Also wont do a BIOS update.
