When will I be able to use this device (scanning and printing) with at least
equivalent capability and performance as before upgrading from XP to Vista?
Will this ever happen? Are drivers being devleloped or not?

HP would be the ones to ask since they are the ones who will (or will
not) write drivers for their hardware, not Microsoft.
