HP laserjet 8000dn

I believe its a windows problem that will not let me
print, some of the trays just disappear and i recieve the
error message,

Function addres 0x10023758 caused a protection fault.
(exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property pages may
not be displayed.

I am using windows 2000 server for the print server if
anyone has any help please.

This is an exception in the explorer.exe process when the driver accesses
memory that it has not initialized properly. The explorer process handles
this AV but since the memory is not configured properly the page is not
displayed.

see if there is an updated driver at hp.com or use the 8100 driver that
ships with Win2k
