HP Image Zone ?

Hi,
I have been using HP Image Zone for a couple of weeks without a problem.
All of sudden the other day it stopped working.
When I open it it starts in the view folders tab, but whichever folder I
click on, it doesn't show any pictures. When I click on view all I get an
error message saying that the program has to shut down.

I know that the folders have the pictures, since I can view them without a
problem, using Windows Explorer. I can also edit them with Adobe photoshop.
I just can't view them in Image Zone.

Any suggestions?????

Try the following: Right click on a .jpg file and
choose Properties. Click the Photoshop Image
tab and uncheck the "Generate Thumbnails"
button, then click OK.

Thanks for the response, but I don't have a Photoshop Image tab when I righ
click on the .jpg and then properties.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the link. The suggestion there is to uninstall and reinstall.
I've done that a couple of times already, to no avail.

Sorry...maybe someone else can
provide some assistance.

If you installed/uninstalled/updated
anything on your computer that may
coincide with the ImageZone problem
that would be a place to begin
troubleshooting.
