HP Deskjet 870CXI Driver

Hi everybody, have a problem with HP Deskjet 870CXI Pinter. I've loaded the driver but Pinter still doesn't work. Everything seems to indicate the driver is installed correctly but I get a message saying the Pinter is out of paper. Which is not the case. I've checked and reloaded paper made sure paper is level and secure in feeder. Reset Pinter but still no response! Anybody have any clues?
