I am trying to reload my printer as pages will not print.
but i cannot find my make and do not have a install disk
i have windows xp. can you please help???????

If you have an HP672c as shown on the subject line, you should be able to
download them from HP, if there are any.

Cosima, WinXP should have the drivers for your printer. Shutdown the
Computer and disconnect the printer. Restart and
when WinXP loads, shutdown. Connect the printer and let WinXP reinstall
it.
