HP DEskjet 1200 does not print color

We have a HP Deskjet 1200C as a shared newtork printer.
Nothing sent to the printer (including the Test Page)
prints in color. Any ideas on why? We are u sing the
native driver in W2K

Did you download the latest HP drivers and put them on the
server?
Does it have same bahavior if installed as local printer?
Have you replaced all toner cartridges?
