boot into safemode,windows will list a user called Administrator on the
welcome screen, choose this account ,usually ,this account doesn't need
passwowd
or you can use Winternals Administrator's Pak 5.0 to create a boot cd then
use this cd to boot your Pc,and then use locksmith to modify your password
