printing 10 x 15 cm paper
how can this be done

all the printer wants to do
is print a4

how can I change the print size?

Select custom size instead of default letter size. Then set the custom
size to 10x15cm. HP printers can be set to print 3" by 5" which is smaller
than 10x15cm.
