HP 8250 can't print borderless prints?

I just got the HP 8250 and it has an option to print
borderless prints. You press layout, you press it until you
get to borderless print and then press ok.

I am using 4x6 paper and have tried this in Photoshop. I
have made the image size 6x4.2. Nevertheless, it prints
with a small border around the picture.

What am I doing wrong? Is there some special setting in
Photoshop or am I setting the layout for borderless wrong?
