HP 7310 Printing Problem

When I print a Publisher or Power Point file some of the images print
black. For example, I just printed a PP presentation and several of
the slides had two images on them. On two of the slides, one image
printed fine and the other image along side of it printed black.
Other slides with images printed fine. This happened on only two of
the 21 slides. I can't get them to print out the correctly.

What version of Publisher or Power Point? I saw a case in the past of a
problem with Publisher 97 where rotated graphics would disappear unless
they were a particular format - I think it was .wmf that was OK while
..bmp and .jpg would disappear. Later versions of Publisher corrected
this. See
