HP 6L how do I print the Page Counter..?

Some one told me I can print out how many pages that have been printed since
the Cartridge was installed.

Sorry, this model (and similar "light" models such as 5L or 1100)
doesn't have counter that survive power off.
 
Look in the file \windows\hpw.ini. At the end of the file is the usage
by month.
 
holding down the reset button while plugging it in, and it not the
cartridge it counts but the fuser.
