HP 45 cartridge

The original 42 ml HP cartridge uses pigmented ink. I am looking for
refilled cartridges that actually use pigmented ink instead of dye ink. Any
suppliers in the US?

Is this cartridge available only as an OEM version and a refilled version,
or are there any new, cheap 45 cartridges available?
