HP 1500L vs 2500L

I need a colour laser for low volume but high quality personal use. I've
been looking at the HP range - what's the difference between the 1500L and
2500L? Is HP the best for this purpose? What others should I be
considering?

Have a look at the Oki C5100n or C5300n, a bit more expensive than the HP's
but faster 12ppm colour, expandable and on site warranty (in the UK).

Office Depot is clearing out the 2500L. It seems that the 125 sheet tray on
the "L" model - both the 1500 and the 2500 - is problematic to a lot of
people. So they are going to sell the 1500/2500 and 1500n/2500n only for
now.

I picked up a 2500L this evening for $517.50 at my local Office Depot.
