Howto make a dropdown menu in Word!?

Hi, I would like to make several dropdown menues in Word so I can select
department in one dropdown, worktyp in another etc. But I can't find out how!!
Can anybody please help me!?

Or, if you don't require a protected form for any other form fields, you
