HowTo Automatically Have AutoArchive Turned On When Create a New Folder

I searched archives, but couldn't find any matches...

Outlook XP, comes with 6 folders with auto archiving already enabled.
My question, is how can I configure Outlook so that any new folders
created have AutoArchiving already enabled and set to use default
archive settings?

BUMP. Is this impossible to have new folders default to having
autoarchive turned on using default archive settings? or is there a
way?
