HowdoI replace contents of Outlook default calendar with a backup

On the first synchronization of a new Palm with Outlook, I did not see the
"overwrite Outlook with Palm" default selection, so the Outlook calendar was
set to 'blank.' I have a backup *.pst file with the correct calendar, but I
think Palm only synchronizes with the default calendar. So... How do I get
the contents of the correct calendar into the Outlook default. or what else
can I try?

If you have a backup PST, open it with File>Open>Outlook Data File or
Personal Folders FIle, depending on Outlook version, which you decided
wasn't important enough to mention). Open your default Calendar folder,
display it in a table view like By Category, select all the events in it
with CTRL-A, and press Delete. That will clean it out.

Now open the Calendar folder in the added PST, display it in a table view,
select everything in it with CTRL-A, and click Edit>Copy to Folder. Specify
the default Calendar folder as the destination. When th copy completes, you
can close the added PST with right-click>Close, then cradle your PDA to sync
it with Outlook.

Brian Tillman,

Thank you for the quick reply. I am using Office 2003, Please respond if
that changes your recommendation.
