Howdo I get incoming mail from my mult accts to separate folders?

How do I get incoming mail from my multiple mail accounts to go into separate
folders? I had it set up previously but can't remember how I did it. Thanks.

Rules:
Select Condition = through the specified account (and pick it)
Select action(s) = move it to the specified folder (and pick it)
Select exception(s) = if needed
Name it and save it
